Welcome to the I-I District Key Club Convention Registration Website. Please follow the directions as they guide you through electronic registration of your club. Each person registered electronically receives a $5 discount on his/her registration fee.

This site is maintained by the convention registration team. Please direct questions or problems with the website to Andrew Greenhagen at Andrew Email and general registration questions to Ken Knowles at Ken Email. All PDF forms require Adobe Reader to open. Adobe Reader is a free download.

Please note: For an electronic registration to be considered on-time, the electronic registration database must be submitted by February 29th AND the individual registration sheets with accompanying registration fees must also be postmarked by February 29th.

Step One

Print and complete the required registration sheets.

Convention Registration Checklist (one per club)
Individual Registration, Medical & Insurance Form, and Code of Conduct (one set per attendee)
Room Request List(s) (one per club)
Credentials Registration (one per club)
Registration Summary (one per club)

 

Step Two

Download, complete, and return electronic registration database via email.

Steps to complete electronic registration database:
1) Right-click on the file type of your choice, and choose "Save Target As."
2) Change the file name, replacing CLUB with the name of the club.
3) Save the database file in a directory or folder where you will be able to locate it later.
4) Enter information of all registrants in the database fields (guidelines for each field given below).
5) Save database.
6) Attach the database file to an email and send to Registration Chair Ken Knowles at Ken Email.

Database Field Entry Guidelines & Abbreviations Defined:
ROOM = Those who want to be roomed together should all be arbitrarily placed in room "1." The next individual(s) should be placed in "2." Continue rooming individuals in this fashion. Please note: The adult committee can no longer match up students in rooms with students from another club. If you are working with another club to fill rooms, please just enter the other student's names and club name. Any room with less than 4 will pay the appropriate rate for the number in the room.
CALL NAME = The name in large font on the registrant's nametag. (i.e. David Smith wishes to be called Dave).
DIV = Division number.
ADVISOR = The advisor responsible for the student at the convention.
A/C = Area code.
SIZE = T-shirt size.
VEGIE MEALS = Type a "V" in the field if the individual wants vegetarian meals.
DELEGATE = Type a "D" if the individual is a delegate for the club, type an "A" if an alternate.
WALK = Type a "W" if the individual has provided a signed form to take part in the Spastic Paralysis Research Foundation walk.

 

Step Three

Print and complete remaining applicable forms.

Please mail all registration forms with ONE check (payable to I-I District Convention Fund) for registration fees to:

A registration confirmation will be sent to you in late March with the exact amount due for hotel rooms. Do NOT send money directly to the hotel. All hotel room payments shall be made in full upon arrival on April 4, 2008.
